Consulting
We teach you

Your team, fluent and effective with AI, with a senior partner in the room.

Consulting is hands-on advisory. We work alongside your people to put AI on the workflows they already run, build the methodology and guardrails with them, and leave them able to keep going without us. An Autonomous Company Build is us building the agents. Consulting is us making your team the ones who can.

Proof
Ena Pragma

Ena Pragma runs its own company on the agents it builds. Prism and Echo handle our own operations, research, and delivery every day. We teach what we run, not theory.

Most AI rollouts hand a team a tool and a login and hope adoption happens. It usually does not. Consulting is the opposite: a working session, on your actual processes, where your people learn to use AI on the work in front of them and walk away with a repeatable method, not a demo. You are buying capability your team keeps, not a subscription you have to renew.

When Consulting is the right tier

  • You want your team to own the capability, not outsource every future change to a vendor.
  • Someone internal is championing AI and needs a senior partner to make it real across the team.
  • You have real workflows that AI could help with today, and people ready to learn on them.
  • You want to start moving without committing to a full custom build yet.

What you get

Working sessions on your real workflows, not generic training, billed by the hour or in blocks.
A documented method and the prompts, tools, and guardrails configured for how your team actually works.
Clear deliverables from each engagement: a playbook, configured tooling, and a defined next step.
Ongoing support so the capability sticks after the sessions end, not a one-time workshop that fades.

Workflows we've actually done this on

Pick a starting point below. Each one is a workflow we've put real hands on for real clients, not a generic curriculum. Every session is remote by default, and every CTA below books that specific working session directly.

Getting orders from a portal or storefront into your ERP without re-keying them

When an order has to move from a sales channel into an ERP as a real, postable record, someone usually ends up retyping it, or a silent failure lets it queue up unnoticed. We work with your team on the actual handoff: what has to match before the ERP will accept it, where the process needs a human checkpoint, and how to make a failed push loud instead of quiet.

Remote by default: screen-shared working sessions against your real order flow, no on-site visit required.

Getting live, reliable data out of an older on-prem ERP

Older ERPs (Sage-class systems and similar) are often the system of record but painful to query safely: full table scans, no server-side filtering, and reads that can hang the whole system if they land at the wrong time. We work with your team on which tables are safe to hit live, which need a scheduled sync instead, and how to build that without breaking the ERP for the people running it day to day.

Remote by default: we work against your ERP over screen share and your own remote-access tooling.

Keeping retail and wholesale (or any two channels) from blending into one misleading number

When one channel runs on a modern storefront and another runs through an ERP-driven B2B process, treating them as one data source produces reports that are technically real numbers and practically wrong. We work with your team to map which system owns which channel, and how to report on both without either one lying by omission.

Remote by default: a working session on your actual reporting setup, wherever your team already is.

Wiring your CRM into the rest of your sales stack so data actually flows both ways

A CRM integration that only reads, or only fires on one trigger, quietly becomes a second source of truth nobody trusts. We work with your team on the scopes, tokens, and event flows a real two-way integration needs, and on rotating credentials without breaking the syncs that depend on them.

Remote by default: configured live with your team over a call, in your own CRM instance.

Untangling two outreach or email systems that grew up side by side

It is common to end up with a canonical send pipeline and a newer, parallel one built for a specific campaign type, quietly duplicating logic and disagreeing about what happened on an email. We work with your team to map what each system actually owns, and get to one source of truth for send, tracking, and reporting.

Remote by default: a working session against your real pipeline, screen-shared end to end.

Fixing the stale or frozen CRM fields that quietly degrade your outreach lists

Fields populated once during a bulk import and never touched by a live writer again look fine in the CRM and produce thin, stale outreach lists in practice. We work with your team to find where a field stopped being written, decide whether to backfill it, sync it from a better source, or retire it, and get your list quality back to something your team can trust.

Remote by default: a working session on your real CRM data, screen-shared with your team.

How the engagement works

1

Scope the first session with you

We start by naming the workflow and the outcome you want, so the time is spent on your work, not a curriculum. The first session is where we set what done looks like.

2

Work it together, hands on

We sit with your team on the real task, put AI behind the repetitive parts, and set the guardrails as we go. Your people do the work, with us in the room, so the skill transfers.

3

Leave artifacts, not just notes

Every engagement leaves something concrete: a documented method, configured tools and prompts, and a defined next step your team can run on its own.

4

Support it so it sticks

An optional monthly retainer keeps a senior partner available as your team applies the method to new work, so the capability compounds instead of fading.

Pricing

Hourly advisory
$250 / hour

10-hour blocks available for a sustained push.

$4,000 to $8,000 / month for an ongoing consulting retainer.

Priced to the outcome. We scope the first session with you so you know exactly what you are buying.

Common questions

How is this different from an Autonomous Company Build?

An Autonomous Company Build is us building and running the agents for you. Consulting is us teaching your team to run AI on their own work. Many clients start with consulting and move up to Agents or an Autonomous Company Build once they see where the biggest wins are.

Do we need technical staff to get value from this?

No. Consulting meets your team where they are. We work on the tools and processes you already use, and we set guardrails so people can move without breaking things.

What do we actually walk away with?

A documented method for your workflow, the prompts and tools configured for how you work, and a defined next step. The deliverables are concrete, not a slide deck.

How do we pay?

Sessions are $250 per hour, available individually or in 10-hour blocks. For ongoing work, a monthly retainer keeps a senior partner available as your team applies the method to new work.

Is this the same as what used to be called AI Enablement?

Yes. We renamed it Consulting to match how clients already describe it. Same $250-an-hour advisory work, same 10-hour blocks, nothing about the engagement changed.

Do these sessions happen in person or remote?

Remote by default, over video, working directly against your real systems and data. Every topic above notes this specifically because the work depends on it, we're screen-sharing your actual order flow, ERP, or CRM, not a demo environment. If your team has a real reason for an in-person session, ask and we'll scope it.

What if my situation doesn't match any of the topics above?

Those are patterns we've actually put hands on, not a fixed menu. Bring the workflow that's actually slowing your team down and we'll scope the session around it directly.
