Offerings
Not another agent.
Responsibility for the work.
An assistant that can draft, click and send now comes bundled with many software plans. What it doesn't come with is someone who learns your process, connects your systems, catches what stalls, and shows you the proof it got done. That is what we take on. And everything we build, your team can run without us.
What every engagement includes
Three promises, in every offering.
- 01
One owner for the work.
Every request, task and exception has a named owner on your team, and a named person at EP who answers for the system. Nothing floats.
- 02
Proof, not activity.
Before we start, we write down two or three yardsticks with you. We report against them, and "done" means the result is there with the evidence attached, not that a draft was made.
- 03
An exit path from day one.
You hold the accounts, the documentation and the tests. If you ever want to run it without us, you can. We would rather keep you because it works.
Why we work this way
AI is everywhere. Wired in is rare.
Most small businesses already use AI. Very few have it carrying real work inside their operation, and the ones who bought a big build often can't change it without the vendor. We built our offerings around that gap: a narrow job done properly, measured, and handed to your team.
14%
of the 1,256 small business owners Goldman Sachs surveyed have AI fully integrated into core operations.
73%
of those owners say training and implementation help would let them do more with it.
70%
of enterprises will abandon agentic AI built by vendors' forward-deployed engineers by 2028, Gartner predicts, because they can't evolve it on their own. Its advice: an exit plan and knowledge transfer from day one.

01 · Our new flagship agentTaking our first clients
Customer Follow-Through.
Every customer request gets an owner, a visible next step, and a catch for anything that stalls. You see the exceptions and the decisions, not the whole pile.
Who it's for
Owner-led service businesses where requests arrive by email, phone, text and web forms, and the owner is still the one who notices what slipped.
What's included
- One agent connected to the inbox, line or forms where requests arrive, and to the CRM or task list you already use.
- Each request logged with its source, a named owner on your team, a next step and a due date.
- Stalled items flagged to their owner before the customer has to chase.
- Replies drafted for you. Nothing reaches a customer until a named person on your team approves that exact message.
- A weekly summary: what came in, what closed, what is waiting on whom.
- Your Ownership File and Exit Path (offering 05).
Want it answering the phone too? The same agent can run as our AI front desk on your existing number. About the AI front desk
How we prove value
We agree two or three yardsticks at the setup call and write them down. Typical ones:
- Share of requests with a named owner within one business day.
- Requests that went past their due date, before and after.
- Hours a week the owner spends chasing follow-ups.
- Requests closed with the evidence attached.
Timeline
Setup call in week one. Working on your real requests inside the first 30 days. At day 30 you judge it against the yardsticks.
Pricing
$10,000
for your first agent. $5,000 for each additional agent.
Continued support at $500 a month from day 30, if you want it.
Prefer to see it work first? You can pay nothing for the first 30 days. At day 30, if the work has delivered value against the yardsticks, one payment of $10,000. If it hasn't, nothing is owed.
02 · We teach you
AI Optimization.
Your team using AI on the work in front of them, each person alongside their own agent, with a number on a card that shows it moving.
Who it's for
Owners whose team has AI logins but not new habits. Teams that just switched on the assistant that came with their plan and don't know what to connect, what to approve, or what to keep it away from.
What's included
- Working sessions on your real workflows, remote by default.
- A written permissions and approvals sheet for the assistants you already pay for: what each may connect to, what needs a person's yes, and what it should never touch.
- For a team program: an agent for each person, set up for their role and coached in regular sessions.
- One or two KPIs per person, tracked on a card at every session.
- A documented method your team keeps after we're gone.
How we prove value
- Each person's KPI card moves, against the baseline taken in session one.
- Hours of routine work moved off each person each week.
- Share of the team using it weekly without being prompted.
Timeline
First working session within a week of booking. Team programs run as sprints; most run two months.
Pricing
$250 / hour
for working sessions, in single hours or 10-hour blocks.
Team programs are priced per person, per month. A two-month accelerated sprint is $1,000 per person per month.
03 · We build it all
Autonomous Company Build.
The agents that run a real part of your operation, built around the systems you already have, and run by us after launch.
Who it's for
A business with a core workflow that crosses several systems (an ERP, a CRM, a customer portal, shared inboxes) and is ready for AI to carry a real part of it.
What's included
- A map of the workflow first: every system, handoff and exception. The map is the spec.
- A tailored build around your existing tools. No rip-and-replace.
- Confidence gates, a human override, an audit trail and a rollback path on every automated action.
- Launch, then ongoing operation as the business changes.
- Your Ownership File and Exit Path (offering 05).
How we prove value
- Time from request to finished work for the mapped workflow.
- Errors and re-keying caught before they reach a customer.
- Hours the owner spends on the workflow each week.
Timeline
A paid discovery maps the process and produces a scoped plan. You see the timeline and the price before you commit to the build.
Pricing
$10,000 to $25,000
for the scoped build, confirmed after discovery.
$750 to $1,500 a month for ongoing operations.
04 · We keep it running
Agent Care.
Someone responsible for keeping your agents working as your business, your tools and the AI models change, with a monthly report that shows it.
Who it's for
Any business with an agent in daily use: one we built, or one another vendor built and left without anyone to keep it working.
What's included
- A named EP owner for each agent.
- Tuning as your workflow changes, and guardrail upkeep.
- A monthly report: what the agent did, what failed, where a person had to step in, and what we changed.
- Fixes for anything the report finds, inside the monthly fee.
How we prove value
- Failures and human interventions per month, trending down.
- Time from a problem being found to it being fixed.
- Your yardsticks from setup, still holding month after month.
Timeline
Starts the month after your agent goes live. Month to month.
Pricing
$500 / month
per agent we built.
An agent someone else built starts with a paid review at $250 an hour. Then we quote a monthly price for that agent.
05 · You own it
Ownership File and Exit Path.
Everything you need to run your agent without us, written down and tested from day one. The reason to stay should be that it works, not that you're stuck.
Who it's for
Owners who like their agent and don't want to be locked in. Boards, partners and insurers who ask "what is this agent allowed to do, and who checks it?"
What's included
- The agent's file: its role, its owner on your team, the systems it can reach, what it may do alone, what needs a person's approval, and its KPI history.
- A runbook in plain words.
- A set of test cases from your real work, so any change can be checked.
- An ownership map: the accounts, the data and the code, held in your name.
- A "run it without us" test with your team.
How we prove value
- Your team passes the "run it without us" test.
- Every account and system on the map is in your name.
- The file is reviewed and dated at least twice a year.
Timeline
Built alongside every new agent and Build, ready by day 30. For an agent already running, scheduled after a short review.
Pricing
Included
with every new agent and every Autonomous Company Build.
For an agent another vendor built: priced per engagement after a review.
“No assets are held back. You own all the work Ena Pragma does for you.”
How we start
One workflow first. Then the evidence.
- 01
Pick one workflow.
We look at a real week with you and choose one piece of recurring work worth taking off your plate.
- 02
Write down the yardsticks.
Two or three numbers that would show it worked, agreed at the setup call, in writing.
- 03
Build around your judgment.
Connected to the tools you already run. Anything that reaches a customer, spends money or can't be undone waits for your yes.
- 04
Judge it at day 30.
You look at the yardsticks and decide. You keep the file either way.
Supporting service
Website development.
New websites and full rebuilds, with a fixed scope and a turnaround agreed in writing. You own the code, domain, and hosting account.
